Sidney is a professional speaker, facilitator, event planner, and diversity, equity and inclusion practitioner.

After unexpectedly losing her first son, Cientriel, she was compelled to share her story, highlighting the power of God in her life, in hopes to encourage others to also live a life surrendered to Him.

Professionally, she serves with the YMCA of Greater Richmond, where she founded the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Department and coaches other organizations through their efforts to foster a culture of belonging.

Her most prized accomplishment is marrying her best friend, Joshua, and raising their beautiful children, Yara and Mekhai.
